This 50-minute class is perfect for a recovery day when you still need a bit of fire. Strength and Stretch classes begin with a short warm-up and 15 to 20 minutes of strength exercises. The final 15 to 20 minutes of the class include deep, juicy stretches to relax and restore those hard-worked muscles.
