Our bootcamp fitness classes are high-intensity interval training. These workouts include short bursts of activity between short periods of rest.
During the 50-minute bootcamp classes, our trainers will demo the movements, lead you through a warm-up, then guide the class through the exercises. Every movement can be modified for each person's body, so the workout is for you, no matter your fitness level or whether you're dealing with an injury.
Working out at the gym isn't easy. But getting there shouldn't be hard.
